Why do I need to make an appointment?

We pride ourselves on an exceptional and individualized customer experience. As such, we are not set up to accommodate a rush of customers. In order to maintain the integrity of our service and process, we request customers make and keep appointments.

Can you renovate my old hat?

Usually, but it depends on a few key factors. Firstly, renovations are highly dependent on the original quality of the hat itself. Though we try to accommodate the wishes of every customer and account for sentimental value, sometimes renovations on a cheaply made hat don’t make much sense. We try to be as upfront about the probable results as possible. Secondly, the degree of success is sometimes related to the degree of damage. We are always happy to discuss the positives and negatives of hat renovations on a case by case basis.

How long are your wait times?

Due to our lengthy proprietary process for custom hats, wait times are dependent on busyness and seasonality and are only approximate.
